Dr. Zandy is a seasoned ICT auditor and data analytics specialist with over 12 years of experience in auditing. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the UKZN, where her research focused on aligning ICT strategies with municipal service delivery objectives at eThekwini Municipality.

Dr. Zandy is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA – ISACA) and holds both General Internal Auditor and Internal Audit Technician qualifications from the IIA. She also leads a high-performing data analytics team, delivering insights that drive decision-making and operational efficiency.

Her contributions to the audit profession include published research on governance and control environments, including Establishing the Relationship Between an Effective Audit Committee and Infusion of a Good Control Environment and An Investigation into the Effectiveness of Audit Committees.

Dr. Zandy is committed to leveraging data and technology to improve public sector governance, service delivery, and accountability.
